Worked on-site on the Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation Application Maintenance project. Responsible for coordinating bug fixes, estimation projects, change requests and operational activities related to the systems used by Fuso to support their business. Team of 3 subordinates working at the offshore development centre in Bangalore.

Responsible for the delivery of all production support activities from the offshore team in the Mitsubishi Fuso project. Led a team of 5 people with subordinates with experience ranging from 1 to 2 years. Analyzed complex requirements, reviewed documents and source code. Deputed to Kawasaki (Japan) to work on a critical new change request on an interface within a system between Mitsubishi Fuso in Kawasaki and Daimler AG in Stuttgart.

Involved in the System Appreciation phase for a large maintenance project with Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation Deputed to Kawasaki for 2 weeks for the on-site System Appreciation of a critical application added to the portfolio.

Implemented the internet banking software for ANZ bank, Australia Involved in every stage of the "Finacle E-Banking" product ­ Design, build, testing and production support. Received three months technical training on basic programming concepts and computer languages like Java, JSP, and JavaScript and Oracle database.
