- Manage standard client development activities and communications; - Support all areas of transactional business development including research, opportunity evaluation, cash flow, due diligence, and closing; - Ensure continuous updating of all client development activities within Excel and CRM; - Respond to business inquiries requiring market information, specific site selection, and other economic development data; - Update team progress and activity reports.

-Assist to team on different stages such as: authoring and negotiating contracts; -Approve and execute contracts; -Audit and report, as well as renewal to contracts; -Take part in negotiations with company’s customers, project management; -Join IT teams in running and developing programs

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external due diligence teams (legal/financial); - Assist in the international investors consulting of the Ukrainian legislation and special treaties; - Undertake risk analysis

- Assist in the negotiation of the principal legal documents of the acquisition; - Provide target screening & pre-deal assessment, perform financial due diligence; - Drafting analyses including valuation, pro forma acquisition scenarios, cash flow and liquidity analyses, returns analyses, etc. through development of detailed financial and operating models
