Implementation of SAP HCM (PA/OM + Talent modules) - Functional/technical analyses, blueprint validations, test coordination, training (end-user, admins, appl. manager), coordinating phased Go Live and post-Go Live monitoring (application management). - Change management & coordinating implementation with timings of other projects - Optimizing internal HCM processes, organizing the qualification and training catalogues and providing reports (through SAP Query)

- Responsible for the professionalization of SD Worx' SAP tools: upgrading existing tools to OO architecture, defining documentation templates and creating systems for versioning and licensing for installations at customer sites. - Development of new SAP tools - Improving reporting processes for SD Worx' internal HR department, using standard SAP Queries.

- Setup of holiday pay calculation (all GDF Suez/Electrabel companies in Belgium). This also included additional support for other payroll related subjects, such as holiday and year-end bonuses. - Setup of Content Player within the LSO-module. - Recurrent maintenance mission in payroll and talent modules.

Recurrent support and maintenance mission in all SAP HR modules (PA, PD, PY (gross and net), PT, OM and TEM). Initially on local systems (Belgium, the Netherlands and France), but later on also on the global system.

SAP HCM consultant

- Recurrent maintenance mission of the SAP HR system (PA, PD and custom web based solutions) - Full development of a custom e-Recruitment module, which includes the creation of job advertisements, automatic publication on the customer's website and the processing of candidates.
