Planned annual and short term plans for the Chinese TV market regarding available company resources. Managed company’s entire sales data from 2004 to 2014 for market analysis and data mining. Managed Chinese TV makers including responding to their forecasts and claims of quality problems. Worked closely inside a multicultural team with other Koreans, and Chinese counterparts.
