Active support of the Head of Corporate Communications UBS Wealth Management as well as the Head of Corporate Communications UBS Switzerland in planning internal and external communication activities. / Coordination of time scheduling and eMail correspondence on behalf of the executives. / Preparation of team meetings, reports and presentations (internal/external). Coordination, creation and translation of communication materials, verification of quality checks. / Support of Media Relations Switzerland.

Result-oriented, self-responsible maintenance and development of an own Private Client Portfolio (~500 clients, business volume ~CHF 80 mio, revenues ~CHF 900/m p.a.) Advice and sales of UBS investment funds, mortgages, pension solutions for PKI clients as well as the entire range of basic banking services. Identifying potential of existing clients and further development to other divisions (e.g. UBS Wealth Management, UBS corporate clients), referral to appropriate experts.

Traineeship in the following divisions: Customer Service Center (customer contact by phone, cross selling of basic banking products) / Core Affluent CorA (UBS Wealth Management) (Asset Review, Investment Proposal, Client and Portfolio Risk Profile) / Corporate Clients (Balance Sheet Analysis, Credit Check, Year End Review)
