Led Associate Deans, Department Chairs and Faculty for the Graduate School of Business and Management (GSBM) in the development and implementation of academic programming, faculty and staff development, policies & procedures, strategic planning, curriculum development, marketing, admissions and assessment. Evaluated entrepreneurial educational business opportunities and articulation agreements. Managed grant writing and developed educational partnerships within the business community.

Provided strategic business and technology leadership for 40-year old non-profit offering educational services within the Health Care industry. Educational services are offered to over 10,000 students annually leveraging a system of esteemed adjunct faculty and subject matter experts world-wide.
