Member of Ford of Europe’s Strategy & Business Transformation team, reporting to the President. Advised senior leadership, drove transformation, and coordinated cross-functional teams for multi-year programs. Launched an import business in EU from strategy to execution. Developed the Passenger Vehicle North Star (positioning, portfolio narrative, comms). Delivered 20% NPM cost reduction during COVID via cube analysis and execution. Shaped BEV component strategy: sourcing, buy-vs-make, battery JV initiation.

Support strategic product and portfolio decisions across ICE, hybrid and BEV programs, aligning market insights, customer needs and financial targets. Translate consumer insights into feature strategy; benchmark competitors on performance, pricing and positioning; forecast EV, regulation and mobility trends. Lead design-thinking sprints to validate concepts. Optimize portfolio mix and profitability; model scenarios with NPV/IRR; roadmaps aligning teams on 3–5 year vision and investment priorities globally.

Supported Ford Puma pre-development and business case, collaborating with engineering, design, finance and marketing. Helped define concept, positioning and portfolio role; built volume and revenue forecasts and investment rationale securing portfolio approval. Defined value proposition incl feature mix and pricing to balance customer value, cost targets and competitiveness. Validated direction via customer clinics, trend analysis and benchmarking; delivered data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Thesis: Friction optimization of the oil and cooling circuit in a 1.0L 3-cyl EcoBoost engine using 1D simulation and optimization. Built and calibrated GT-Suite models for lubrication and cooling; ran parametric studies to reduce friction losses and improve efficiency. Analyzed oil flow, pressure distribution and thermal effects; translated results into design improvements with engineering teams.
