The biggest challenge we've faced is developing a new product that encompasses everything from creating a physical lottery game, distributing it, managing vendors, analyzing data, establishing different stages in the life of the game, and finally, closing it.

The challenge is to offer the end user, the ticket buyer, an excellent experience with complex journeys between event variations, tickets, promotions, categories, and cross-selling; also, to create a user-friendly interface for the SaaS platform, used by our B2B partners, where they can manage their products.

Among the challenges is to contextualize the user on account information and banking contracts.
