Developed and implemented growth strategies, business plans, sales plans, budgets, human resource administration, compliance and integration of functions related to firm mergers and acquisitions.

Guided Syndicate in issuing over 350 public and private company equity and debt offerings totaling approximately $60 billion. Directed the production, issuance and execution of all unit investment trust offerings totaling $20 billion annually to several broker dealer firms in the Syndicate. Serviced all business accounts via excellent customer service by responding to client requests, researching business needs and communicating with over 50 internal and external clients daily.
