Supportive role for planning and procurement of automation systems, including interface coordination, specification definition, and supplier evaluation. Currently leading a strategic factory-wide project to implement low-cost-automation.

Optimization of assembly processes based on lean principles across a wide range of product types, management of CIP projects, and implementation of production-related changes in series processes, including factory layout planning as well as the planning and procurement of work systems.
