Implement and execute Design to Cost and Margin Enhancement Programme. Risk & Opportunity management with project stakeholders, report to senior management and external auditors. Introduce workpackage based planning, cost and schedule control.

Responsible for the development, transfer of technology and validation for bogies developped for Zefiro China CRH 380 train, managing an interdisciplinary team of around 30 people. Assessor and mentor of the Gate Review process within the Business Unit Bogies Successfully delivered projects: VIRM 4, ITINO RMV and MV3 and Metro Prague

David Herche studied Industrial Engineering at the FH Regensburg and BA Heidenheim. During his studies he has specialised in production managment and industrial marketing. As a student, he participated and lead projects at Mayser in Value Stream Mapping, Prozess Time Improvement for Injection Moulding and he is author of the degree work "Production dislocation" investigating a real time scenario of the Mayser production, following customers local content requirement in line with lowcost sourcing opportunies
