• Developing German language (spoken, listening and written) through business and daily interactions • Work in the concept phase to collate requirements and create specifications for discussion with suppliers and project partners

• Worked within powertrain electrical to deliver 8 speed transmission and gear selector for Bentley Mulsanne and Continental platforms • I took management of the project working closely with suppliers to ensure delivery to program timing and project milestones. • Performed testing on vehicles and HILs and generated test reports. • Used a variety of software tools daily, including CANoe to create test scenarios. • Assisted vehicle builds by understanding problems and creating resolutions

• Worked within diesel powertrain control and electronics group • HIL testing and model development • Liaised with suppliers and vehicle teams to ensure validated software was delivered to budget and within program timing. • Strategy development using dSpace AutoBox and ATI No Nooks rapid prototyping.

Modules Included: Automotive Control, Powertrain, Structures, CAD/CAE, Vehicle Dynamics, Vehicle Components and Concepts. Individual project (in association with Visteon) involved Control Rapid Prototyping to develop a hybrid vehicle.
