Mint Staffing Solutions is a hospitality-staffing agency, proving front of house and back of house staff at venues and festivals over the UK in particular the North West. Roles have included onsite staff management at festivals and events, office administration and involvement in recruitment and on boarding of new starters.

Kelly Scientific Resources provides scientific staffing services on a temporary, contract and permanent basis. My role involved, developing industry knowledge, reaching out to companies in business development calls and emails, negotiation of rates, conducting candidate screening calls and interviews.

An MSc exploring the theoretical background and involving the development of applied skills within the field of wildlife conservation genetics in relation to taxonomy, classification, ecology, population and species management practices.

A BSc designed to introduce the methods and theory of animal behaviour research in relation to evolutionary history and present day environment, and also the implication of research on welfare and management of domestic, wild and zoo populations.
