Solution Architect and Product Owner for IBM Sterling Commerce IBM Sterling SSFS solution in support of Hewlett Packard iGSO 3PL business in over 300 global locations. Working directly with HP SAP regional and global teams to define and deliver effective integration and change projects and with DHL business and external vendors to deliver best in class business solutions.

Global HP project for implementation of SAP 7.0. Independent consultant to DHL for solution design, development, delivery of a WMS and OMS solution (Sterling Commerce (IBM) Yantra) and its integration with HP iGSO (SAP 7.0) for global Service Part Logistics (SPL). This 2 year DHL’s largest Supply Chain customer project (€24M IT Budget) (160 locations in 50 countries) reporting to IT Vice President.

Working for Global Business Process Management function at HLAG, I was responsible for driving effective business change through strategic global releases of HLAG SAP Freight Management System. Working directly between operational business and with the SAP IT teams to analyse change requirements, agree solution design and oversee the development lifecycle and manage global business testing and release to production. Also responsible for delivery of customer services offshoring projects and framework.

Responsible for Kewill's European product suite (order to delivery supply chain execution) and value added services in Europe. Owner of all aspects of product management and marketing from concept to commercial offering. Setting product strategy and defining product roadmaps and sales tools. Accountable for product portfolio profitability and commercial success.

Responsible for NPD for Life Science Solutions, Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain Visibility global solution offering enabling DHL to provided unique value added services in existing markets and developing new and emerging markets such as such as pharmaceutical finished goods logistics and a highly specialized clinical trials logistics service.
