I am the English copywriter and Spanish to English translator for iBotanika, a social networking platform for botany enthusiasts the world over. Join today, it's a wonderful project for anyone who has a green thumb (or endeavors to have one ;-) ).

I feel sometimes I have the best job in the world - I get to use my creativity, love of the Spanish and English languages, independent spirit, and desire to make others happy with my services. Getting involved with new and innovative projects as well as collaborating time and time again with seasoned counterparts is what it's all about.

As the Youth Program Coordinator I was in charge of all things related to kids - managing Earth Camp, the environmental summer camp for disadvantaged kids and developing programming for and facilitating Pathfinders, an experiential education based program for troubled youth are two prime examples. I also did outreach, consulting work with local and regional government, corporate, and educational entities, and marketing programming. Having been a part of Common Ground makes me proud.
