Build and launch the activity of the new Lab, captured the needs and requirements to write the specifications of the solutions, quoted the cost and scheduled, subcontracted to get a solution, coordinated the implementation and integration of the solution, organized demo sessions to get feedbacks

Planned and implemented qualification tests for a multi-drone missions simulator, and reported to the team in a European cooperative project with Sweden, Germany and France.

Developed various functionalities of a software transmitting data through cell towers, managed with the Agile Scrum methodology and using a UML2 graphical IDE.

Optimized an algorithm of targets tracking on a panoramic and infrared watch system with a significant gain for the CPU which led me to get my diploma with a mention “very honorable with congratulations from the jury”.

Proposed, built, launched and led the autonomous underwater vehicle project from scratch. Recruited 14 students, reached the final round of the SAUC-E’10 contest headed by NATO. (Partly spare time project and partly studies projects by negociation)
