- Driving all activities related to collaboration (Desktop sharing, Application sharing, Whiteboard, Social Networking) development for platforms Windows, Mac, Ubuntu, IOS and Android. - Managing the day-to-day activities of the engineering team - Management of departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team.

Was working for Enterprise Collaboration Division (ECD) as Senior Module Lead in various teams and roles - Filed two patents - Feature development and enhancements - SIP subsystem of CM - NextGen Prototype development - Designed and driven the Media Resource Broker (MRB) prototype development. Worked in T4 handling CM customer escalations.- was responsible for coordinating among different software houses (Avaya Lincroft, Wipro and Tata Elxsi) geographically apart for resolving firmware anomalies.

Senior member of R&D team - maintaining the entire VoIP module of this product. H.323 is used for the VoIP signalling - Handling interoperability issue with third party vender products like Avaya, Cisco, Ericsson, Etc., Alcatel Certified System Expert (ACSE) in this product as well as another product called OXE (Omni PCX Enterprise).

Was playing a very important role in the development team of this start-up company - Worked extensively on open source - Worked in technologies like VXML platform, voice recognition tools, Network quality testing tool using PESQ, etc.
