As Unilabs Spain IT Manager, reporting to COO Spain and Unilabs Group CIO, I’m providing general oversight of the IT infrastructure, provisioning, planning, installation and operation over 25 main points of presence across Spain, including central lab, several hospitals & clinics.

As the Data Operations Manager, reporting to the Operations Manager, my primary responsibility is to act as the facilitator of the team by ensuring excellent customer service, and develop team effectiveness through leading, coaching, motivation and mentoring.

As ETG’s L3 Support Manager, my mission is to bring in-house (insource) support & development tasks related to the set of applications that ETG is offering its customers through 29 European countries following ITIL best practices.

Manager, responsible for EurotaxGlass's Level 2 Operations Support team, based in Madrid and composed by 8 support engineers.

Manager, responsible for DGSM’s IT department, leading an outsourced team composed by 5 IT engineers and 2 telecommunications engineers.

As part of the D&S team, my duties and responsibilities are related to the support for Optenet products on key accounts, and deployment of security solutions on clients.

Leadership for Optenet Voice & Data policy, responsible for contracts and services with Telefónica and other ISPs.

Administration and maintenance of systems that are part of the company’s internal infrastructure.
