The lead for the Competitor Intelligence programme which has included setting up internal Yammer networks and organising the monitoring of market activity. Leading the in-house team on mandates for senior-level talent acquisition and team hires across all four Deloitte service lines and internal roles. Conducting projects to improve Executive Search’s governance documentation and establish new analytical tools for financial reporting.
