I was brought in to MFG to help build the new Business Intelligence infrastructure and mature the internal view on reporting and BI in general. Examples of typical tasks in this role include: - Guiding the corporate Business Intelligence Strategy - Management of employees, external consultants, and BI partner relationship - Management of the move from Microsoft SSRS to MicroStrategy - Management of the legacy BI system

I acted as the primary technical team member on site at customers of MicroStrategy. My role was to advise & perform technical work across a wide variety of environments across Europe. The European Principal Consultant team also worked with management to shape the EMEA consulting team. Additionally, as temporary jobs during this time, I worked to promote MicroStrategy’s Express product in both a Pre-sales and services capacity and managed several high profile partner relationships for European OEMs.

In this role I managed teams directly responsible for support of the MicroStrategy 7 and MicroStrategy 8 suites of business intelligence software in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. This was simultaneous to being the Web interfaces technical lead. Primarily, this work involved: - Management of 6 employees spread throughout Japan, Korea, and Singapore responsible for the support of the entire Asia Pacific region - Interviewing of new employees - Preparation of customer satisfaction survey list

In this role I managed teams directly responsible for support of the Web components of the MicroStrategy 7 and MicroStrategy 8 suites of business intelligence software. Primarily, this work involved: - Management of 6 employees responsible for first line support of MicroStrategy Web Interface - Direct interaction with Technology team to help guide product development - Training of all Web engineers both joining the team, and on a continuing basis - Interviewing of prospective new employees
