As a key member of our Revenue Analytics team I support the senior sales leadership; * I partner with our sales organization to create financial models, forecasts and strategy * My primary focus is on using data to develop new sales programs and initiatives that accelerate sales growth and improve close rates * I am also responsible for the ongoing optimization of our retention programs * I work closely with other teams to ensure alignment on key metrics, KPIs and insights that drive improvement

I work for the global sales organization of HomeAway in the sales analytics & optimization team: *responsible for reporting, analysis, and systems support activities that contribute to the success of sales teams; productivity, performance, improvements to sales programs and tools *leveraging appropriate modeling tools to provide insights to sales planning activities

I work in close relationship with the sales and marketing teams of HomeAway Germany, Netherlands, Austria and Nordics and also with business intelligence, web analytics and sales operations

- Thesis: “Customer lifetime value as method for evaluation of customer’s value in online vacation rental business” -> Investigated various mathematical models calculating CLV -> Developed specific model for vacation rental business approaching CLV calculation for HomeAway FeWo-direkt

- Received scholarship for excellent academic standing (2008) - Thesis: “Bridge crane operation monitoring” -> Developed monitoring module for bridge cranes in Step 7 by Siemens -> Developed VBA based interface for data transfer from Simatic to Excel and back
