I was in charge of the detection of the opportunity for the expansion strategy through Greenfields and/or M&A, market analysis, feasibility analysis, project management and Due Diligences coordination. The evaluation of the projects was made through business plan/financial modelling

I was in charge of leading projects from the sourcing phase until the SOP. That included: tooling design review, tooling construction follow-up, project follow-up, pre-serials management, process validation, R&R, solving problems, budget control and production improvement.

I was in charge of leading the PSA new projects follow-up for the thermoplastic injection parts. I was permanently in contact with suppliers from the RFQ until the SOP. During the timele of the project, the task were: offers study, project follow-up, support to design team, solving problems and Quality Management (APQP, PPAP, R&R, PPM’s, etc…).

As thermoplastic injection specialist, I was in charge of the new projects from the design face of the tool until the EOP in house. During the life of the projects I was involved in the design of the part, PPAP’s, try-outs, audit preparations, cycle improvements and solving problems.
