Application Solution Engineers (ASE) team supporting our customers in the selection of the right tape solution, and initiating new product developments 2. Application Process Engineer (AProE) team supporting our customers in the optimization of their production processes in terms of tape usage, including designing, developing, manufacturing and installing of tape dispenser for manual as well as for automatic applications

Responsible for both PSA Group and Renault Group in terms of sales development and profitability as well as establishing a development strategy and its implementation. Manage all the local KAMs worldwide to ensure the coordination of new projects and opportunities with the customers.

Leading the module team Body for the BU Automotive, managing the interface between Production, R&D and sales while pushing strategic product development and deployment in the Automotive OEM & OES industry. Responsible for the strategic development of the module team body including M&A activities as well as pushing for Research project with long term perspective e.g. structural bonding

Responsible to define, and push the development of the new products needed for new applications for tesa Automotive, as well as supporting the M&A activities for the Business Unit Automotive.

Leading a team of 35 R&D engineers supporting as a "technical consultant" the whole tesa sales organisation in Asia Pacific.

Leading a team of R&D engineers, developing new products and ensuring production of existing products run smoothly.

Run and support product development projects.
