Position roles: Lead and oversee all IT work and development projects. Guide and manage the IT team to ensure project success. Provide comprehensive IT support to all organizational departments. Manage and safeguard all organizational data. Assess organizational IT needs and implement strategic solutions. Develop and implement technological systems for streamlined processes. Consolidate activities across departments for improved efficiency. Update and manage all organizational social media platforms.

Disseminate information to end users about facilities, policies, and procedures Document and maintain daily kiosk operational reports Document and direct requests for technical/operational assistance through the DICTS Helpdesk and track implementation to closure. Assist DICTS in the proper maintenance and management of the hardware and software. Handling any other duties, which may from time to time be assigned.
