Created specifications for new generation parts catalogue and wiring diagram authoring and viewing software packages, advised and implemented migration of legacy data. Authored wiring diagrams and parts catalogues for dealer technicians in multiple formats, and answered dealer queries through the VW group Hotline Channel and Diss systems. Responsible for control module programming systems for current and legacy vehicles in service, including future proofing and migration of data.

Diagnosis and rectification of faults on vehicle electrical system, optimisation of systems, building and fitting harnesses for customer special features.

Worked with electricians, mechanics and coach builders on the Bentley Continental and Arnage vehicle ranges. Trained in the use of VAS 5051/52 diagnostic tools, as well as manual diagnostic techniques. Also learnt to build electrical harnesses, and fitting and optimisation of components.
