I am involved in business development to consolidate our relationship assessing client needs and increasing revenues. Currently, the main customer areas I am managing are: Connectivity (e.g. Telematic Box Module), Integration and Audio Test area. I also deal with economic quotation, billing, select and manage suppliers, resource allocation and POC.

Validation of infotainment products developed by Panasonic for Mercedes and Volkswagen. The activity was carry out performing manual test and using a Reply proprietary test automation tool, which was developed by my team. Tool feature: handle CAN messages, simulate touch event commands, GPS simulation and handle Android & iOS devices all in real-time. In charge of: resource selection (developers/testers), management of suppliers, perform the budget estimation, economic/technical agreement and the invoicing.

Test lead & junior PM on following projects for light/medium and heavy CNH vehicles: •Coordinate the validation of the new telematics platform used to program the Electronic Control Units in EOL environment and customer service fields; •Coordinate the validation of the new diagnostic and programming applications for the standalone ECU; •Develop test automation tool to validate the CNHi diagnostic tool used for CNHi vehicles category. Software validated by us was released in production environment.

Validation of the infotainment system developed by the client Magneti Marelli for Ford US market. The validation had been executed using workbenches and vehicles. Passed successfully the audit handled by a third company (P3). I was responsible of work process generation, test development, daily cycle test, analysis and tracking of issues caught.

Hired by Reply, I helped to create and grow the new Concept business unit, whose core business is quality assurance & validation. As first project, I was involved in test development activity for BlackBerry, which was the first Concept Reply client. After that, I worked for other clients like: PosteMobile, Flextronic, Servizio Sanitario Regionale Lombardia and Garmin.

Hired in Motorola at the Turin office. During that period I had chance to gain some experience covering the following job position: test engineer, log analysis and test developer. I was also responsible for the Escape Defects analysis in order to improve team efficiency during the development and execution phase and improve the cost reductions.
