I collect and manage the needs, drive the IT budgeting process and manage the IT project portfolio for Manufacturing, Pharmacovigilance, R&D, Distribution and Diagnostics Corporate Directions. I also coordinate local Demand Managers in the different sites of the Group. I’m part of all Corporate IT initiatives related to: ERP, LIMS, RIMS, T&T, MES and CTMS. I’m also responsible for scounting new opportunities related to industry 4.0

During my experience in ARP I have been responsible for: preparing the annual budget of ARP’s retail stores network that included 22 stores in 3 countries, eriodic reporting preparation, Business cases and business simulations preparation, New national and international business opportunities evaluation. I was also in charge of Implemantion of a new ERP system, that I’ve taken over after the company experince difficulties in completing the project.

I have been mainly working on SAP ECC implementations with a specific focus on the Finance and Controlling modules. I have also developed particualr skills in relation to the Pharma and Life Science industry, following different integration projects for both national and international clients of Accenture's Italian-based Health and Life Science Solution Center.
