Cretrix is a small web and mobile development company. I was involved in interviewing and hiring new developers, financial part, organizing internship programs, code reviews, helping team members with technical issues and so on.

- Worked with Wordpress, Zend Framework, Yii Framework, Laravel. Started to train and hire full stack developers. - Defines the code quality standards used by the company. Reviewing and merging “pull requests” from daily commits to VCS. - Road maps the refactoring of Legacy Code based projects based on established code standards and supervises the refactoring process.

- HTML/CSS to Wordpress , Wordpress plugin development - Developed a multi vendor module for Magento. - Worked on a multi website catalogue platform based on zend framework - Leads a tech team of 3 php developers and 2 HTML/CSS coders. - Pull requests reviews and refactoring

- Passed internship program - HTML/CSS to wordpress - Developed Social network with Santilga Framework (Their own MVC framework)
