I work across multiple teams, bringing tech knowledge into customer success, sales and marketing teams and working closely with product and development teams. Help with technical requests, e.g. integrations and CRM setups, validate and prioritise bugs on platform, expert in our partner softwares, help Product Managers to manage and clarify technical dependencies, assist customers in writing custom integrations.

Working to expand, maintain and improve platform that lets people connect devices (cameras, sensors) to the cloud and do amazing things with them. On daily basis I do both - front-end and back-end related tasks: maintain and update website, develop new features in product, expand our RESTful API (internal + external), integrate 3rd party APIs and handle ad-hoc tasks in a startup environment. Transitioning to development while completing programming bootcamp

On daily basis my duties included working with fraud risk in a financial company, monitoring user activities, preparing reports to stakeholders, participating in continuous fraud system monitoring improvements, supporting other departments on risk related questions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
