Network Engineering

I am collaborating with other members of review committee and synchronise with programme leaders. Also I am preparing and verifing questions for exams in line with exam requirements, ensuring highest possible quality.

I maintain 2000 network devices (Cisco, Checkpoint, Blue Coat, F5, Fortinet) for data-centre and remote sites as member of networking team, while operating in high security banking environment. I resolve multiple technical problems to achieve highest customer satisfaction level. I plan process improvements, during workload migration efforts to VMware Private Cloud. I implement Webex on premise solution and start knowledge sharing initiative with team to fix observed gap in communication among two locations.

I had resolved networking problems associated with technologies, such as routing and switching on Catalyst switches, platform support for ASR, CSR, ISR, and 10k routers. I had analysed crashes, performed lab tests. I had worked with developers towards resolution of software bugs. I had created shifts scheduling tool and automatic CCIE lab pre-configuration scripts.

I have provided swift solutions for networking problems, including AAA, ACS, ISE, FIRESIGHT IPS/IDS, and VPN. Developed network for “Cisco Forum 2015” in network conference in Poland with 1000+ participants; provided WiFi infrastructure with Cisco WLC, cable connections for meeting rooms and security for project.

I have produced technology tool to generate configuration for Nagios and MRTG, utilising topology auto discovery. I have managed network monitoring based on Nagios and MRTG. I have Proficiently controlled configuration backups, logs, scripts for automation workflow. I have oversaw Cisco, Juniper, 3com network, and Linux based Servers.

I have coordinated remotely installation of servers for new customers, including network connectivity, server OS deployment, and basic configuration. I have supervised and managed Cisco and HP devices based network.

I have delivered first line of support for provisioning user accounts and troubleshooting related issues. I have prioritised problems, estimated impact and worked on initial problem recognition.
