- As a board member of GEAD was assigned to a new project - to create an academic career center department and develop the newly established department’s activity - Meeting with rector and vice-rectors in order to form the right strategy of the newly established department - Organize meetings, events and other activities for students with important persons, organizations etc. in order to support their academic career plans

- Responsible for overall activities of the society and personnel management - Responsible for the public relations and media-related issues of the society

- Executed all the decisions made by the board and managed day-to-day operations of the society - Successfully completed the projects such as “Let's be an engineer”, “Promote engineering” and “Engineering opportunities in Azerbaijan” event which was held in Istanbul - Organized 1 practical scientific conference, 26 seminars, 5 technical visits, 1st Football and 1st Bowling championships, other technical and social events for and among professional engineers & engineering students

- Successfully led the qualification process by ACDI/VOCA in which AZINKA HR&CC was nominated as one of 2 companies to participate in BP and its subcontractors’ bids for personnel provision services - Achieved AZINKA HR&CC to be selected as exclusive partner of “The Network” international online recruitment network(www.the-network.com) - Worked with AECOM(Savant International), Weidmüller, Unilever, Henkel, Berlin-Chemie, Schlumberger, Deloitte, PwC, Janssen-Cilag, Normicro, Azercell, Synergy Group
