Presently, associated with consulting assignments in Retails & Pharma sector. I function as a facilitator between the Client requirements and the onsite Development team. Provide transparent weekly status updates to all stakeholders. I take part & interact with Team for the daily standups and provide expert guidance in the Functional flow of the project.

I am responsible for driving the GoLive process once the Sales are completed. I Interact with the customers Tech team, Marketing Team on a daily basis to gather their requirements, I understand & document the Loyalty Logics. I debate and propose better options in terms of suggesting any additional integrations required at clients.

Designated as Business Analyst, my primary role was to liaise with the onsite Account manager, on daily basis. And with the offsite Product team for seamless development of Mobile Apps. I conducted the daily standup meeting with status of project, planning & discussions. Create requirement stories under the Agile development methodology. Manage deliveries of weekly QA sprints and fortnightly UAT releases.

I wear multiple caps here; primarily I am responsible for gathering client requirements form our US counterparts. I have to plan & prepare appropriate wireframes, communicate with the Technical heads in conjugation with the assignment. I serve as an internal client before delivering the goods back to the client. As a key figure in the offshore team I help in recruitment & project planning process. I also am in the panel to look after the back office team, which support the software we deliver.

Promoted to Project Manager, now I was responsible for successful development & implementation of the latest version of Property Management System here. My KRA included coordinating between the Client requirements, Analysis, Project Scope defining, Project monitoring, Reviews & Status update to Sr. Management & Client. I also coordinated with software Testing team & examined fixes.

Designated as Project Lead, the profile includes, client communication & scope analysis, non technical help to the team, responsible for module releases. I coordinate with the team & client for the software quality, serving as a internal Client to the project.
