Serve as the main source of information for media contacts. Manage several successful events held directly by the chairman with the correspondence of the public relations team.

Represent the first point of contact with guests and handling all stages of a guest’s stay. Apply selling techniques when needed to register rooms. Process Front desk transactions including cash, travelers’ cheque, credit cards and direct billing requests. Supervise and coach staff to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
