Experience with IBM as Service Delivery Manager ,has been implementation, design, development and support of SAP Security and Authorization of various SAP products like SAP ECC 5.0,6, BI 7.,SRM and CRM 5,GTS, ME ,SAP Portal and the SAP GRC suite of versions 5.2,5.3 and GRC 10.1. Service Delivery experience with knowledge of ITIL , leading teams , part of core CoC team for creating proposal for new projects.

As Technology lead ,worked on implementation and support of SAP Authorization for different client on carious SAP products,Worked with Internal/External auditors of client Security related SoX Controls .Played an instrumental role in automation of SoX reporting. Subject Matter expert(SME) involved in advising solutions to different projects, in-house trainer, leading the Centre of Excellence Awarded by clients and employers for excellence in delivery ,innovation and leadership.
