Performed Vendor Risk Assessment responsibilities in support of Marsh McLennan’s Vendor Risk Management Program. Reviewed evidence from vendors for testing controls against the control environment and identified risks/gaps. Conducted Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) exercise for Vendor Control testing process. Subject Matter Expert in risk assessment processing as defined by Marsh McLennan’s Global Sourcing and Global Information Security teams. Managed a team of Asst. Managers, Team Leads and SMEs.

Performed end-to-end third-party audit for Bank of America. Initiated kick - off calls with process owners and third-party enterprise managers to discuss the scope of audit. Acquired evidence, testing controls against the control environment and identified risks/gaps. Used problem - solving and critical thinking skills to identify evidence deficiencies.
