I am an assistant professor with 10+ years of research, teaching and hospitality experience mainly in food and beverage industry. Author of one authored book called ‘Food in Art (Resim Sanatında Gastronomy in Turkish)’ and various publications ranging from articles, book chapters, conference papers. Known for art, culture and mythology focused researches and lectures at various university education degrees. Founder and conductor of a food and art themed instagram account. My objectives are: • Looking for opportunities that will allow me to apply my intellectual and operational experience in culinary arts and hospitality industry. • To increase my level of expertise in culinary arts, with passion for new challenging researches and innovative courses that meet industry’s needs. • To work with dedicated professionals, organizations and/or communities in order to discover new areas of studies.
