o Strategic design and project management of studies of the eye and retina in health and disease that secured over U$475k in funding and led to 15 publications and 28 presentations at national and international meetings o Director and instructor in three undergraduate and four graduate courses (2000+ students, 2000+ teaching hours) o President of two cross-functional boards (Committee for International Cooperation and Committee for Ethics in Animal Experimentation)

o KOL identification and profiling, resource management and budget of the association o Strategic planning and organization of 15+ scientific and medical meetings that congregated 2000+ life scientists, ophthalmologists, and world-renowned experts in the field of vision and ophthalmology. o Conceptualization and collaboration in clinical and scientific programs and in continued education activities for ophthalmologists that helped increase the number of members by 56%.
