The company offered full commerce solutions to brands, across several industries such as Electronics, Consumer Goods, Public sector, etc. - Designed and deployed e-commerce shipping solution, integrating +20 couriers into one platform. - Developed partnership with Frávega, n°1 brick&click retailer in Argentina. This allowed the company to be the first seller integrator in the opening of their marketplace.

As Account Manager, I was in charge of the design and development of an e-commerce strategy for six LATAM clients. For each account I led an interdisciplinary team of five to eight people. - E-commerce strategy design and implementation - Project manager role for e-commerce website deployments. - P&L and Sales plan definition and control. - Client reporting. - Coordination of internal and external development teams

As a part of the client IT team, I managed small to midsize projects using Agile methodology. These projects involved understanding the needs of various business units (Accounting, Customer services, Compliance, etc), defining a solution and coordinating internal and external development/QA teams to deliver the project, ensuring excellence in the delivery.
