I am managing a team of 6 Business Analysts based in Europe and 6 Functional Analysts in Bangalore (India). I am also the Product Owner of our eCommerce web portal web portal, in charge of defining the scope, the new features and the planning of the future developments (Agile methodology). I have completely reviewed and modified the requirements management process and the roles of my team members.

I was a senior consultant in business analysis and/or project management for several customers in Luxembourg. My main duties included: - requirements engineering - authoring of business analysis documents - organization and lead of workshops - coordination of different teams.

Deputy Project Manager on a web portal development project for life insurance policies management (client: Zurich UK, budget: 10 M€): - Supervision of a team of 15 developers - Impact analysis of change requests - Defect and releases management (JIRA, HP Quality Center) with up to 3 releases/week - Organization of workshops - Reporting towards customer and management

Responsible for all releases of a software product managing chargeback of transactions in the credit cards business: - Configuration management and source code versioning (Subversion) - Planning and customization of major releases - Planning of software fixes and change requests - Development support in Java using Eclipse - Automation of a compilation tool (Ant scripting on CruiseControl) - Support for integration of web applications and web services (JBoss and Tomcat servers, SOAP).

Responsible for the introduction of new applications on the Belgian Social Security web portal - Analysis of web applications, in regard with the conformity to quality and security rules (Weblogic environment) - Project planning and budget supervision (MS Project) - Coordination of cross-functional internal teams such as installers, testers and text writers - Setup of a standardized project management methodology.

Product architect of an IPTV product portfolio - Design of the products’ characteristics (tool used: Enterprise Architect) - Definition of product roadmap (MS Project) - Authoring of functional specifications documents.

Responsible for the delivery of Intelligent Networks services (customers: British Telecom, Your Communications UK): - Cost control and follow-up and project planning; - Team coordination and development management - Software quality management based on internal quality manuals (CMM level 3) - Definition of test strategy and test cases (Testsheet, Excel) - Organization and lead of pre-sales workshops.

Design and development of Intelligent Networks services for fixed and mobile telephony providers (Proximus, British Telecom, O2 Ireland, Deutsche Telekom, SMARTS Russia): - Installation, test, integration and support (development in C++ on UNIX platform) - Implementation of telecommunications protocols (HTTP, SIP, CAMEL, TCAP) - Customization of web servers (Apache, Tomcat) - Database administration and setup of database migration procedures (Oracle).

Road and railway liaison between Denmark and Sweden (Öresund project): - Development of software applications in C++ - Customization of a network management platform to control the electronic devices (antennas, repeaters,...).
