As a Lead Developer I hold the responsibility to select which technologies to use and when to use them. I am responsible for keeping the deadlines, communicating with clients and keeping them satisfied. My responsibilities also include make the development process crystal clear for the client in order for him to not to stress about the deadlines as well as plan and organize development deeply and thoroughly.

Working with a huge international team on the Mercedes’ web-shop for digital goods. Helped improving frontend part of this product. Implemented 60% code coverage on the project. Mentoring colleagues and interns. Brought clarity on how to organize development processes what and how to plan, was always involved in decision making processes regarding product future plans. In this project I was mainly focusing on frontend but played big part in backend decisions & UX researches in order to make the visible part of the development maximum functional in minimum time. I was able to achieve my team to increase its capacity by 3 times and implementing features that were planned for 3 months in just one. Here I have been refactoring and developing further internal software used by 1&1 to manage tariffing which the client does alot.

I was hired as a software developer. In future architecture designer & team leader. Was supervising the team, educating on new technologies. Bringing clarity into company's processes & adjusting them. Me and my team were developing web software to manage law processes which means complexity and a lot of security.

Keep company's web image up-to-date with modern web tendencies, which includes maintaining main website, support forum and development or revamping new website and issue tracking system, improving maintainability, security and stability. Being a part of the marketing team, collaboration with my teammates was the main driving force to improve website in order to attract more users to become potential clients.
