-Isolation/purification of DNA/RNA from various biological materials: (QIAGEN, Analytik Jena, ThermoFisher). -Real-time PCR to diagnose the presence of SNPs associated with various genetic diseases. Non-invasive paternity, gender, Rh factor tests. -Work with the document management system (LIS), development and modification of SOPs. -Sanger sequencing, fragment analysis (postnatal paternity test). Preparation of fragment libraries for next-generation sequencing (BGISEQ-500).

As researcher I conducted study on systematics and phylogeny of ferns based on morphological features and molecular data. For this purpose I used number of techniques, such as DNA extraction, various types of PCRs, RT-PCR, ISSR method, DNA sequencing (Sanger), genome assembly, building phylogenetic trees, etc. My research also included such aspects as cytological study, determination of ploidy level, morphological analysis of plants, biometrics, electron microscope studies (SEM).
