This job involves: - payroll processes in Norwegian language, using an Internal Platform; - establishing connections between the Romanian company and the foreign one ( Norway), through an Internal Ticketing System - sustaining Trainings as a Trainer, on daily routines and temporary ones - solving different issues concerning processes; - mentoring new entries; - offering support to other colleagues - taking in charge a new payroll system as the only responsible in Romania.

This job involves: - handling administrative tasks: preparing the correspondence, sorting manager's emails, directing customers to specific departments, preparing internal meetings, registering files from in and out of institution;
