-Preparing marketing plans to grow the brand/brands and lead the execution to reach business objectives throughout European countries. -Coordinating & implementing all marketing and trade marketing projects including market research, brand positioning, product development, , production planning, trade & sales promotions ,creative & media agency management, marketing budget manegement with internal and external resources to achieve results.

Developing sales development and all kind of trade marketing activities for all European countries. -Collecting needs of different channels and categories and designing appropriate activities. -Executing the trade marketing plans across the European region. -Working with our sales teams in order to ensure in store implementations. -Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content. -Tracking and reporting the effectiveness of our in store implemantations.

Being responsible for Cake & Wafer categories in Turkish inner market. -Developing and implementing cross brand trade marketing plans for key customers of modern channels with our key account managers. -Co-ordination and communication of product, price and pack changes. -Coordinating all sales promotion and trade marketing activities. ( promotion, placement, POP materials, season management, İncentive activities for sales team etc)

-Responsible for Europe Account Budgets and Europe Sales targets on daily basis -Interacting her customers regularly in order take new orders then following all delivery operations of the orders -Preparing daily, weekly, monthly sales reports, and taking actions according to current conditions. -Maintaining strong relationship with her customers and taking regular feedbacks in order to protects customer pleasure

-Being responsible for all foreign sales and international marketing process. -Following all kind of export operations. -Managing and Supporting customer relations -Working especially on European region. -Attending exhibitions all over the world.
