Managed the setup of new China-Euro Vehicle Technology R&D centre in Sweden, including PDM, CAD & CAE tools. Built IT blueprint to support new vehicle programs from R&D, Manufacturing to After-Sales. Managed 2 life-cycle green-field SAP implementations.

Provides IT services for over 60 plants, 9 countries and over 70 business leaders in Asia. Manage operating budget of US$20M with 97 staff. Use 'JIT' delivery of car seats to OEM & shop-floor systems. Deploy MRP to optimise plant inventory. Setup 7x24 multi-lingual Service Desk.

Provides IT services to 6 plants & 11 countries. Manage budget of $22M Euros with 150 staff. Managed P&L of Philippines Application Development Centre of $1.5M Euros, providing services to global entities. Led and successfully completed a multi-year regional IT infrastructure outsourcing deal worth over 100M Euros.

IT Infrastructure Service Delivery for Asia region. Managed strategies for infrastructure planning, architecture, process design and implementation. Involved collaboration with China and Korea JVs on technology directions. Established and led outsourced infrastructure services operation, resulting in US$2M in savings since 1998 and an annual cost reduction of 10%. Setup multi-vendor PMO function. Expatriated to Melbourne to rollout Windows 2000 to 2,600 Australian users in 2002, A$6.4M budget.

Regional IT Infrastructure Manager with 20 IT employees, responsibilities encompassed management oversight of regional data network, voice, EDI services, servers and desktop support and project management on setup of new factories and offices in Asia. Successful and timely start-up of new factories and offices in Singapore, Beijing, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
