Die Heilpädagogische Schule Bezirk Bülach mit Sitz in Winkel bei Bülach wird als Interkommunale Anstalt (IKA) der Schulgemeinden im Bezirk Bülach geführt. Schwerpunkte des Verwaltungsrats für die restliche Zeit in der Amtsperiode 2018-2022 sind: - Umsetzung der neuen Rechtsform IKA (Interkommunale Anstalt) seit 1.1.2021
