• Involved in the client’s system development and IoT projects such as HSE information system (part of master thesis), environmental database, E-training system, fuel monitoring project, and excavator positioning system. • The main responsibilities were obtaining user requirements, building the system prototype, designing the system architecture, and monitoring the whole development process to ensure the finished system matched with the user requirements.

• Maintained the compliance of software licenses across the entire company groups with 100% compliance, including SAP audit in 2018 and various internal audits. • Contributed in several improvement projects for IT asset division such as audit, BI dashboard, data warehouse, and audit system. Had responsibilities to formulize the user requirements, coordinate with IT team, and control the whole processes of the project.
