• Developed a lead scoring application to optimise customer acquisition, resulting in a 46% monthly lead-to-appointment conversion rate for the top-scoring group. • Built a geo-targeting algorithm that increased the lead-to-appointment conversion rate to 41%. • Created an estimated ROAS model, with strong predictive accuracy (r = 0.84), validated against downstream conversion metrics across key campaigns. • Designed real-time ML pipelines, maintaining 95th percentile latency under 60 ms.

• A well-defined, efficient and scalable technique which deals with big data at high velocity is developed. The principles of Lambda application are adapted in the context of automotive manufacturing. The application covers an end-to-end framework, including all the necessary stages dealing with data sourcing, ingestion, processing, model training, prediction, scoring and visualization. For evaluation and testing purposes, data resources and infrastructure provided by AUDI AG were used.
