My position here saw me as the key point in managing the day to day activities of the office. I was responsible for petty cash dispensing and smaller accounting tasks such as managing invoices and assisting the accounting office in running our accounting software. From time to time I would also schedule meetings and appointments and on occasion have meetings with clients to discuss payment procedures as a representative of my supervisor. The time frame provided was not a continuous period of employment but rather only when my services were required. In this role, I was responsible for encoding patient´s medical and personal information into the required database. Due to the nature of infrastructure operation prior, this also meant follow ups with patients in the form of personally contacting them and conducting over the phone interviews. I was also responsible for information transfer from patient physical files into the updated database. I

Conducted exit interviews to clients belonging to the methadone project and managed finances including tracking and dispensing compensation to participants of the study for the duration. Other tasks included selecting and managing clients' time slots, dosage times and satisfaction with the project. As I worked in a team, daily communication with them on various tasks such as encoding of collected data was a part of the responsibilities.

The main focuses (but not limited) of this program are on Sensory, Behavioural and Computational Neuroscience. It also an interdisciplinary program with students having the flexibility to in cooperate coursework from Biology, Physics, Psychology, Engineering, Medicine and Molecular Biomedicine. Th
