I manage updates, maintenance, and operational support across a distributed fleet of servers — including ship-based training servers that often run on unreliable connectivity. I built DevOps Lab to solve it starting as a small Python script and growing into a full-stack platform (Django, PostgreSQL, Docker) that now handles automated backups and real-time monitoring for 400+ servers.

For 5 years, I provided technical support across Linux, Windows Server, Plesk, cPanel, DirectAdmin, VMware, and Hyper-V environments often in a fast-paced, shift-based setting handling a high volume of requests. I built SizeChecker on my own a C# Windows Service paired with a PHP/JavaScript/MySQL interface to make that usage measurable It ended up doing more than fixing a blind spot: the data it surfaced led the company to introduce a new 1TB service package, and more than 20 resellers upgraded their plans.
