Project : Danone and Sysco Domain tools: TWS (MIDRANGE), ROBOT(I-series) Ticketing tools: Smart/Remedy, Service Now, DANIS-DB (client specific). • Administration of schedules and jobs (executable scripts) in distributed environment like LINUX, UNIX, WINDOWS, SAP servers via tool TWS (Tivoli workload scheduler).

Project : Lloyds Banking Group(LBG) Domain tools: TWS (MIDRANGE), ASYSCO(UNISYS), ROBOT(As400) Ticketing tools: HP-service manager (SM7), Smart/Remedy, ITSM, Axis. • We provide TWS scheduling support on production servers. We manage an average of 40,000+ jobs & 8000+ schedules on UNIX (Midrange) Production servers and Windows (Distributed) servers across the group.
